Sergi Bruguera
Sergi was coached by his father, Luis Bruguera, became two-time French Open champion and silver medallist at the Atlanta Olympic Games, reaching his highest ATP ranking: 3. Currently Sergi is working with Richard Gasquet (18 ATP) as well as advising the players of the academy. 2017-2018 Captain of the Spanish Davis Cup
Luis Bruguera
Luis is the founder, and current director of Bruguera Tennis Academy. Luis holds a Bachelor in Business and has ample experience in international tennis competitions operating in several prominent positions as the director and advisor of Spanish and Turkish Tennis Federations, captain of Spanish Davis Cup Team, coach of Sergi Bruguera as well as over 20 other TOP 100 ATP and WTA players.
Ricardo Ros
Ricard, our head coach has being working alongside the Bruguera Team for over 15 years embracing the famous Bruguera Method of teaching and is overseeing all the organisational process at the Bruguera Tennis Academy as well as working on and off court with our players.  Ricard has coached Marsel Ilhan (ATP TOP 100)  and Lorenzo Giustino (ATP TOP 200)
Aggelos Venizelos
Aggelos trained under the supervision of Luis Bruguera and our head coach Ricard Ros for 12 years and competed in ITF futures events. Currently Aggelos is coaching the boy’s pro competition group and helped our Lorenzo Giustino while the latter trained at the academy.
Carlos Palma
After 9 years as a head coach at TC Sant Boi and travelling with the  pro competitive group of players, Carlos has joined the Bruguera team in 2016.
Borja Perez
Borja has joined the Bruguera Tennis Academy in 2016 and is coaching the junior players. Before joining our team Borja travelled with an LTA Top 4 player and Marcel Granollers (former 25 ATP) between 2009-2011.
Fernando Luna
Fernando Luna, Bruguera Avademy coach over 20 years, during his time at the academy he worked with more than 30 TOP 100 players. Fernando achieved his highest ATP singles ranking of World No. 33 and finished runner-up in two Grand Prix finals during his career as well as reaching the fourth round of the French Open.
Montague Smythers
One of our youngest coaches, Monty, has been coaching at the Bruguera Academy for 2 years now supervising the group of ITF Junior players while completing his phycology masters degree.
Manuel Rodriguez
Manuel has trained at Bruguera Academy himself before going to supervise the Tennis School in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2010 Manuel came back to Bruguera Tennis Academy as a coach.
Oriol Casayas
Oriol is overseeing our physiotherapy department since 2014 and has a Master in Sports Physical Therapy and Recovery for Physical Activity.
Alberto Lopez
Alberto Lopez, Bruguera Academy coach over 14 years, has worked with Garbiñe Muguruza (3 WTA) from 2005-2011, Marcel Ilhan (80ATP) and currently working with Aslan Karatsev (200ATP) and is overseeing the development of all the upcoming ATP and Junior players of the academy.
Sergi Gallego
20 years at the Bruguera Tennis Academy, 8 years working and travelling with the girl’s pro competition group, 12 years and currently working with the boy’s ITF group.
Juan Ignacio Pingray
One of our 2016 additions, Juan is a young coach coming from Argentina who played on the Futures Circuit himself and coaching various ATP and WTA players.
Joan Francesc Dominguez
Francesc has been working alongside our fitness head coach since 2015 and has a 10-year experience working with the athletes in different sports while never stopping to look for new trends in fitness.
Miguel Angel
Miguel Angel, who reached the career high ranking of 175 ATP is the new member of the Bruguera Tennis Academy, Miguel is overseeing the development of the professional junior players in the junior and ATP futures circuit. Currently Miguel is coaching Aslan Karatsev (200ATP) alongside Alberto Lopez.
Alberto Ros
16 Years as a Bruguera Tennis Academy coach, Albert dedicated 5 years to training Garbiñe Muguruza (3 WTA) taking her to win the Spanish U14 Championship. Since 2012 Albert is the head coach of our girl’s pro competition group.
Garri Petrosyan
After training and completing the coaches course for 3 years, Garri joined the Bruguera staff in 2002 and since then coached the pro competition group and helped the players: Arantxa Parra (46 WTA), Alexandra Kravets (170 WTA), Lorenzo Giustino and Ivan Nedelko, both Top 200 ATP.
Francesc Español
Our head of fitness department, Francesc, who obtained his degree in physical training in Spain and Italy, joined the Bruguera team in 2012. Francesc worked with Marsel Ilhan, Lorenzo Giustino, Jurgen Zopp, and currently working with our pro competition group.
