The Bruguera Academy offers students aged 12 to 18 the chance to follow the official academic curriculum at secondary and upper-secondary level in a comprehensive academic and sports training centre that is ideal for youth development.
The school is part of the Academy’s facilities. Subjects are taught in English and Spanish, with intensive Spanish classes for international students who lack a fluent command of this language. A normal school day begins at 5:15 pm, after training and the afternoon snack, and finishes at 8:30 in the evening.
The student-teacher relationship at the school is excellent, and the small class sizes allow for individual work and the support system necessary to accommodate for tournament travel arrangements or other special needs.
Thanks to this educational format, the programme is essential in helping players reach the highest level of sporting success without neglecting their personal development, with values such as sacrifice, personal advancement, respect and teamwork.
